Our hands-on workshops teach the fundamentals of pie-making. You'll learn how to make pastry from scratch, prepare fillings, and assemble beautiful pies. Every workshop focuses on in-season ingredients and techniques the French sisters have perfected over years of practice.
We keep groups small so you get real attention and can ask questions. By the end, you'll have made your own pie and gained the confidence to make more at home.
Our workshop schedule changes with the seasons. Spring brings fresh fruit workshops. Summer focuses on stone fruit. Autumn is all about apples. Winter brings special collaborative workshops and custom flavours.
