Learning how to bake is a passion of ours! We’ve been teaching enthusiastic home bakers and collaborating with industry professionals for over 15 years. Our focus is on building confidence in the kitchen. We focus on seasonality, sourcing local and organic produce directly from farmers, and using fresh milled flours. We often partner with guest chefs and craftspeople in our workshops, when our kitchen is closed to the public. Guests often leave with confidence and a shared appreciation for the craft. We primarily teach adults, but we are open to creating experiences for teens, children and families.
