Autumn is the season of harvest abundance. Join us for a full day of pie-making as we celebrate apples, pears, stone fruit, and the warm spices that define fall baking.

In this expanded autumn workshop, you'll deepen your pie-making skills with Andrea. We'll cover:

This workshop is designed for those with some baking experience, though all levels are welcome. You'll make multiple pies over the course of the day.

what to expect

Plan for four hours. We'll work in small groups, with Andrea demonstrating techniques and guiding you through each step. You'll leave with multiple whole pies and a much deeper understanding of pie-making.

We provide all ingredients, including premium apples and pears from BC orchards, along with our curated spice blends. Bring comfortable clothes and a sense of adventure.

the experience

Part of what makes autumn special is the harvest itself. If timing allows, we'll visit a local orchard together to select fruit directly. You'll taste the difference between varieties, learning how to choose the best apples for pie.

The workshop includes refreshments and a tasting of our current autumn pies and coffee, so you can experience what your creations will taste like at their best.

pricing and registration

Autumn workshops are priced at $125 per person due to the extended time and orchard visit. Space is very limited to maintain the intimate, hands-on nature of the experience.
