Our Story

We're sisters. Andrea and Stephanie French grew up in homes filled with good food, and somewhere along the way, pie became our language. Not just the dessert, but the act of making something from scratch, of feeding people we care about, of building a table where everyone belongs.

Why We Started The Pie Shoppe

We spent years working in restaurants and bakeries, learning techniques and building skills. But we kept coming back to pie. There's something about a pie that feels both timeless and alive. It's humble enough to sit on someone's kitchen table, special enough to mark an occasion. It requires intention, technique, and respect for good ingredients.

We opened The Pie Shoppe because we believed there was space in our neighborhood for a place that took pie seriously. A place where the crust was always made that day, where the filling tasted like the season it came from, where you could come alone or with friends and feel at home.

The Community We've Built

What we didn't expect was the community that would form around our pies. Regular customers who come every week. Neighbors who've watched us grow. People who drive across the city because they trust us. Event organizers who want our pies at their celebrations. Home bakers who come to our workshops to learn.

That's the real magic of The Pie Shoppe. It's not just about the pies. It's about creating a place where people feel welcomed, where craftsmanship matters, where you can taste the care in every bite.

We can't wait to share a pie with you.
