Sugar Cube Gallery
The Sugar Cube Satellite Gallery is our answer to a simple question: why should a bakery be just a bakery? At 1875 Powell Street, right next door to where we make our pies, we've carved out space to celebrate local artists. This is where craft meets art, where our community makes room for beauty in all its forms.
We believe in collaboration. The artists who exhibit with us aren't strangers - they're neighbors, friends, fellow makers who understand that creativity matters. We've hosted exhibitions from artists like Alano Edzerza, each one bringing their vision to our intimate white-walled space. Whether it's painting, sculpture, photography, or mixed media, the gallery becomes an extension of who we are as a collective.
When you visit the gallery, you're not just looking at art. You're supporting Vancouver's creative community and understanding how food and art aren't separate - they're part of the same desire to make beautiful things, to bring people together, to prove that there's another way to do business. Come in. Explore. Stay a while.
