Everything is made by hand, from scratch, with local and seasonal ingredients. The menu changes with what is available, so check in often.
Our sweet pies rotate with the seasons. Apple and Chocolate Pecan are available year round. Beyond those two classics, expect to see whatever fruit is at its peak: strawberry rhubarb in spring, blueberry and peach in summer, pear and cranberry in autumn, and citrus curd through the winter months. Slices are cut fresh, and whole pies can be ordered with advance notice.
Savoury pies appear regularly on the menu. Chicken pot pie is a staple when the weather turns cool. Mushroom and leek, curried vegetable, and other combinations show up depending on what is in season and what inspires the kitchen that week.
On select evenings, The Pie Shoppe transforms into a pizza spot. Dough is made fresh with Anita's Organic flour. Toppings are simple and local: seasonal vegetables, quality cheese, and house made sauces. Pizza nights are announced on our Instagram, usually Thursday through Saturday when the oven is running hot.
Pizza is served by the slice or as a whole pie. Pair it with a glass of natural wine from our list and you have yourself a proper evening.
All coffee is roasted by Panoramic Coffee Roasters, Stephanie's own micro roasting operation. We brew by hand: Pour Over or Aeropress only. No espresso machine. We also carry a small selection of teas from Steams Tea.
Natural wines by the glass are available from our rotating chalkboard list. Bottles from BC producers, plus select options from Washington, Oregon, and California, can be purchased to take home.
Throughout the year we release limited run specials. Pumpkin Pie appears around Thanksgiving. Mincemeat shows up in December. Pi Day (March 14) brings a whole menu of one-off flavours. Follow us on Instagram to see what is coming next.
