Welcome to The Pie Shoppe

We're a small pie shop on Powell Street in East Vancouver dedicated to making things by hand. That means handmade pies with fresh, local ingredients. That means good coffee, natural wine, and a space where our community comes to eat, sit, and belong.

What We Offer

Our menu changes seasonally and reflects what's ripe, what's thriving, and what we're excited about baking. We make savory pies filled with vegetables and meat, sweet pies bursting with fruit, cream pies that melt in your mouth. We take custom orders for events and celebrations.

On top of our pies, we pour specialty coffee and carefully curate a selection of natural wines. We host workshops where you can learn to make your own pie dough. We celebrate the seasons, the neighborhood, and the people who walk through our door.

Our Location

We're located at 1875 Powell Street, in the heart of East Vancouver. Our space has a window facing the street where you can see into our kitchen and watch the action. Inside, there's room to sit, to stay awhile, to connect.

Open Thursday to Sunday. Hours vary with the season. Follow us on Instagram or give us a call to check when we're open, what we're baking, or to place a custom order.
