Our pies start in the fields and orchards of British Columbia. From the Okanagan to the Fraser Valley, we work with small farms that grow with care and passion. Spring rhubarb, summer cherries and stone fruit, autumn apples: every season brings something new to our kitchen.
A great pie crust starts with great butter. We source our dairy from local producers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
We work with BC mills and grain producers whenever possible, supporting the growing movement to bring grain farming back to the province.
