A collaboration between sister baker's Andy and Stephanie French, The Pie Shoppe is where Pacific Northwest ingredients are celebrated in some traditional and not so common pie recipes. Our Kitchen & Cafe is styled within a white walled cube gallery with large windows looking out, onto the Eastside Portown & Vancouver's beautiful North Shore & ShipYard.  You can sip on a handcrafted cappuccino & enjoy the slice of farm-to-table West Coast baking without the frills.
